Q2 How much do you have to pay for each training session?

Students must become a member of the Sport's Centre and Sport's Union before they can join the club. Annual Membership of the club costs £3.00. Then each training session thereafter costs £1.50, however beginners get their first lesson free of charge.

The monies collected by the club all go back into the club. This usually is spent on the purchase of new equipment, grading events, competitions and so forth. The rest is spent for club social events e.g. a night out for Club members.

Q3 What do you have to wear for training?

Beginners can bring a pair of Jogging bottoms and a T-Shirt/light Sweater. It is recommended not to wear shoes, any jewellery, nor any clothing that has any zips or metallic emblems in training as this could result in injury.

Students who progress further in Ju-Jitsu then purchase the traditional Japanese training outfit called 'Gi'. These come in various sizes, available at the club or any dedicated Sports Store. Gi's cost between £20-£35 depending on size and Retailer.
